Each Guest Suite has wireless DSL internet service for your personal computer.
Union
Street Guest House uses 100% cotton linens and bath
accessories and feather pillows and quilts, and all rooms
are air-conditioned. All of our private baths
are stocked with natural AVEDA amenities.

We do not serve breakfast. Located as we are in the middle of the City of Hudson a wide range of restaurants are available for every taste; however we do provide with our compliments in every suite on the Main House & Brick House - freshly brewed coffee, a selection of fine teas from Verdigris and midmorning or afternoon snacks as well as bottled water.
PLEASE read our CANCELLATION POLICY carefully. Due to our size, cancellations affect us greatly and we cannot make exceptions for any reason.
Cancellation of a reservation must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged for the entire length of stay. 50% of your reserved stay may be billed to your credit card when we take your booking. For certain reservations we charge 100% of your stay within the cancellation period (prior to arrival) only. Early departures and changes in arrival dates are considered cancellations.
NOTE: If your stay is longer than a week, or for special events such as weddings and graduation parties, or anyone holding 2 or more Suites, reservations will be charged in full at the time of booking. We will need a month's notice prior to your arrival date to give you a full refund. If for some reason you haven't been charged in full at time of booking (i.e. added rooms, etc.) you will be charged the final percentage during the 30 days prior.
Payment may be made in cash, check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note that quoted rates do not reflect sales tax and handling fees which will be added at the time of payment. E-mailed confirmation notices may be sent as a courtesy upon request. We reserve the right to move guests to another Suite of comparable or better value at any time prior to arrival.

We are not responsible for left, lost or stolen Items. If you leave something in your room we will do our best to recover it for you. However, due to our small staff, we do not guarantee when or if it will indeed be returned. If you need the left item right away we recommend that you call a shipping company and have them pick it up from us. Please call us ahead so that it will be ready for pick-up.
