The Bungalow
The Bungalow has some common rooms within the house as well as a screen porch along the front with sitting areas. No. 1 No. 1 is on the ground floor. It is a one bedroom Suite (Queen bed) with a kitchenette area private bath and access to the back garden with its own deck. This is the only room with access to the garden area. A small front sitting room and a private bath with tub/shower complete this very nice Suite. No. 2 No. 2 is a second floor 2 bedroom Suite. One bedroom has a King bed and the other 2 Twin beds. There is a private bath with a claw foot tub/shower. No. 3 No. 3 is a cozy room with a king bed that is on the 2nd floor as well. It has a wonderful private bath with a shower tiled with Italian tiles and hand-made arts and crafts tiles from Katie Love, a local tile craftsman. The Bungalow is located at 249 Union Street exactly one block down from the Main House (at 349 Union St). It is an Arts and Crafts Cottage that we have restored, maintaining elements such as the colors and lighting as well as the decor from this early 20th century period. One of the special benefits of staying in the Bungalow is that you receive a card in your room that will get you free coffee or tea at Verdigris, a wonderful tea shop just a few steps away. They also make wonderful breakfast and lunch food items to tempt you.
